Scope of services:

One, two, and three bedroom apartments and townhomes designed to provide affordable housing and attract new residents to the area.  Each apartment features a living room, dining rooms, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with full service laundry facilities and multi purpose community center, tennis court, and playground on 22 acres.  Several units are ADA approved handicapped apartments.
